It has been a long time since I had to shoot on my own until I was given the opportunity to do it again on Patrick and Debee’s nuptials. I can’t help but remember my first wedding shoot in California in 2010 wherein after the wedding, I was out alone in the cold, walking for almost 4 miles while carrying a few cameras and some heavy equipment.
It was a good thing that on Patrick and Debee’s wedding, my wife Rhea stood as my production assistant, my cousin Titin did some 2nd cam duties during the ceremony and the couple’s first dance, while my other cousin Lianne did all the driving for us. ‘Twas such a relief! With all the assistance, I believe I did quite a good job here in Pat and Deb’s video.
To Patrick and Debee, thank you for trusting me (and my wife Rhea, Tin and Lianne) in capturing the moments of your special day! Indeed, it was such a joy shooting and editing your video. Your wedding made me realize that I could still do all the things all by myself in a wedding shoot. Although, I missed my team more. Hahaha! This wedding of yours will always be special to me.
